Jakarta, October 30, 2024. PT Indonesia KendaraanTerminal Tbk with stock code (IDX:IPCC) collaborates with one of IPCC's main customers and the largest vehicle manufacturer TMMIN (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia) to conduct a Quality Control Circle (QCC) Sharing Session to improve quality and awareness IPCC HC (Human Capital) will work culture and know the daily work of individuals so that the potential and creativity of HC can be developed for career development. The event which was held in the IPCC Innovation Room was opened by the IPCC Director of Operations and Technical, Bagus Dwipoyono and TMMIN Vehicle Export and Cost Management Manager, Tedy Soeprapto.
In this event, a sharing session was held from TMMIN management regarding motivation in working both individually and in teams. Next, debriefing is carried out in the form of 8 (eight) QCC problem solving steps, namely identifying, analyzing, grouping and overcoming problems so as to help continuous improvement to solve problems more effectively. As is known, superior human resource development is not only supported by rules but also awareness and creativity in improving individual competency standards so that they are more responsive in facing change. The importance of good communication is needed in building good relationships with customers, stakeholders, shareholders and the community.
"Don't make every limitation a barrier, but rather a motivation to be more active and creative, because the future belongs to people who want to learn, who have creativity, never stop learning, by means of continuous improvement and respect for people," said Teddy.
Bagus Dwipoyono also in his speech expressed his thanks to TMMIN who has always been a loyal customer who continues to make various innovations in various fields so that he becomes an inspiration for the IPCC. "The IPCC management would like to thank TMMIN for continuing to improvise for the progress of the IPCC. It is hoped that by carrying out this QCC it can continue and be implemented internally at the IPCC so that IPCC HC are more competitive, creative and responsive to changes in global conditions and duplicate the spirit and way of thinking of the Toyota Way in completing each assigned task. Management involvement also influences and motivates human resources for the IPCC to progress and excel in the future".
