Jakarta 14 June 2024. In the midst of international geopolitical issues which can impact the company's performance, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk with stock code (IDX: IPCC), continuously carries out In House Training ISPS Code Model Course 3.25 on Increasing Security Awareness for All People Who Do activities and or work at port facilities. This training activity which lasted for 1 day, apart from being attended by IPCC Management, was also attended by Regulatory Elements, namely the Director of the Republic of Indonesia Sea and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) Ministry of Transportation, Head of KPLP, Head of Harbormaster's Office and Port Authority (KSOP) Tanjung Priok. The training participants were attended by IPCC Jakarta Branch operational staff and IPCC PBM-Logistics Partners, in collaboration with the Recognized Security Organization (RSO) PT YAPANINDO Consultant as the in-house training facilitator.
At the opening procession of the activity, Mr Jhon Kenedy (Director of KPLP Ministry of Transportation) expressed "Appreciation to the IPCC for holding the 3rd batch of 4 batches of ISPS Code Model Course 3.25 training which is planned to be implemented in 2024. With the implementation of this training it is hoped that all individuals who will carrying out terminal service activities, especially car terminals, is able to implement security levels at various levels, procedures in emergency situations along with plans for handling them as well as raising awareness while securing ports as vital national objects".
Sugeng Mulyadi, President Director of IPCC, explained that "The Company is always committed comprehensively and consistently to supporting and complying with all provisions contained in IMO regulations in implementing the ISPS Code, one of which is by holding this In House Training activity." IPCC has provided training to 142 workers in 3 batches or around 60% of the total operational sector workers. Meanwhile, the Company's PBM and logistics partners reached 85% or 125 people divided into 4 batches.
The IPCC always actively collaborates with stakeholders at Tanjung Priok Port in the ISPS Code Joint Exercise coordinated by Regional 2 Tanjung Priok. In addition to holding training programs, various efforts to improve services from an operational perspective are also carried out by the Company, including fulfilling obligations for regular emergency response training, internal audits, SoCPF verification, corrective actions from ISPS Code audit findings (if there are findings) and carrying out regular maintenance of PFSP and PFSA. consistent with continuously improving the security system in line with the IPCC Terminal sterilization program.
