The Board of Commissioners is one of the organs in the corporate governance structure responsible for representing the Shareholders by carrying out the supervisory function and providing input to the Board of Directors regarding various matters. In addition, the Board of Commissioners also carries out an advisory function to the Board of Directors regarding the management of the Company, and is tasked with monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of GCG principles through a check and balances mechanism together with the Company's management. The availability of the Board of Commissioners in the Company is in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 33/POJK.04/2014 (“POJK 33/2014”) regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies.
