The Board of Directors is the main organ of the Company fully responsible both individually and collectively for the management of the Company, in pursuant with the aims and objectives of the Company. The Board of Directors also acts as a representative of the Company both inside and outside the court according to the provisions of the Articles of Association. The existence of the Board of Directors at the IPCC is in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 33/POJK.04/2014 (“POJK 33/2014”) regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies.
