Corporate Secretary

Corporate Secretary is a supporting organ of the Board of Directors that plays an important role in facilitating communication among the internal bodies in the Company as well as being a liaison that bridging the interests of the Company with regulators, shareholders, media, and other external parties.

The duties of the Corporate Secretary in the Company are in line with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 35/POJK.04/2014 (“POJK 35/2014”) regarding Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.
