Jakarta, October 24, 2025. Beginning the fourth quarter of 2025, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) has once again gained new trust by expanding its business services. IPCC not only handles vehicle loading and unloading but is now entrusted with managing passenger services entering and leaving Trisakti Port, Banjarmasin, using RoRo vessels.
As part of maintaining the trust placed in them, IPCC management conducted a Management Walkthrough of the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal on Wednesday, October 23, 2025. The event was attended by the Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management, Wing Megantoro. The purpose of the event was to review field conditions and identify various aspects that need improvement at the passenger terminal to ensure optimal service for service users.
"The Company's efforts to expand its business scope are manifested in the addition of business services, particularly passenger terminal management. Previously, RoRo passenger services at Banjarmasin Port were managed by Regional 3 Banjarmasin, in line with the company's commitment to continuously strengthening the integration of national maritime logistics services," said Wing Megantoro.
"Before being transferred to IPCC management, Banjarmasin Regional Terminal 3 recorded approximately 286,000 passengers in 2024, successfully serving both inbound and outbound passengers through the Banjarmasin passenger terminal. With this experience, we are optimistic that IPCC can improve the quality of service and terminal capacity in the future," said Kusno Utomo, IPCC Senior Manager of Operations.
To date, the IPCC Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal has handled a consolidated loading and unloading of 74,434 vehicles since its acquisition, with the largest contributions coming from CBU (36,361 units), trucks/buses (27,661), heavy equipment (4,105), and motorcycles (6,307).
"To realize the Company's vision as a leader in the vehicle terminal logistics ecosystem, IPCC is also committed to continuously improving world-class service standards, safety, and operational efficiency to provide added value to service users and the national economy," Wing concluded.
Through this service expansion, IPCC hopes to increase added value for service users and strengthen the company's position as an integrated vehicle and passenger terminal service provider under the Pelindo Group.
