GROWTH MOMENTUM, IPCC OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE GROWS 10.9% IN MAY 2025

Jakarta, June 30, 2025. As the first half of 2025 draws to a close, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), a vehicle terminal operator under the management of the Multi Terminal Sub-Holding, successfully handled a total of 476,477 cargo units, consisting of CBUs, trucks/buses, heavy equipment, and motorcycles, by May 2025, representing a 10.9% year-on-year increase of 476,477 units.

The Company successfully recorded positive performance in handling CBU cargo until May 2025 totaling 348,525 units, increasing by 29,950 units or 9.4% YoY. This increase was dominated by imports of electric vehicles in line with the trend of using electric-based passenger vehicles and their supporting ecosystems as well as the achievement of car exports which reached 55,351 units looking at Gaikindo data. For the performance of Heavy Equipment cargo services, it was the highest, experiencing an increase recorded at 28.2% YoY or 2,811 units more compared to last year where until May 2025 IPCC managed to handle 9,990 units. Consolidated handling of truck/bus type cargo until May 2025 amounted to 80,548 units, growing by 21.4% or an increase of 14,208 units YoY. The growth in this type of cargo is driven by the increasing demand for modern, more efficient and environmentally friendly commercial vehicles, as evidenced by the commitment of various parties to support the national carbon emission reduction target. Several major city transportation operators, such as TransJakarta, Trans Metro Bandung, and Trans Semarang, have begun procuring electric buses to replace their fossil-fuel-powered fleets. Furthermore, several logistics companies and state-owned transportation companies have also begun piloting electric trucks to reduce emissions in the logistics sector, as well as large-capacity trucks, particularly in the mining sector.

"IPCC continues to provide solid performance in terms of operational achievements where it continues to grow sustainably with various innovations and appropriate business strategies. Another thing that is also proud is that from the HR side, especially in operations, it has succeeded in winning the highest award from one of the Carmakers and shows that IPCC always provides maximum service based on meeting the expectations of our service users," explained Endah Dwi Liesly, IPCC Corporate Secretary. "Looking at IPCC's performance until May 2025, we are optimistic that with collaboration, transformation and implementation of a digital-based system (PTOS-C), IPCC's achievements will be better than last year, supported by various strategic initiatives across all lines to support the Company to contribute better to service users, stakeholders, investors and shareholders," concluded Endah.
