IPCC HOLDS MANAGEMENT WALKTHROUGH, TOP MANAGEMENT REVIEWS BALIKPAPAN PORT

Jakarta, 10-12 June 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) held a Management Walkthrough to the Semayang Satellite Vehicle Terminal, Balikpapan to review the port's operations, infrastructure and human resources. Also present at the event were Abdur Rahim Hasan and LM. Arya Bima Yudiantara as Independent Commissioners and also Wing Megantoro as Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management along with his staff.

During the first day of the visit, IPCC management discussed directly with the team at the Semayang Satellite Terminal to improve operational performance. The results of the discussion required additional capacity for the stacking yard to accommodate more vehicles considering that Balikpapan is the gateway to the IKN.

"The Semayang Satellite Terminal is a major asset for IPCC because it is the gateway to the IKN so that the flow of vehicles in and out will increase. In addition, qualified human resources are also needed so that this Satellite Terminal can continue to develop in the future," said Wing.

The next day the team conducted a field visit to directly review areas that have the potential to be used as vehicle storage areas. "Along with the growth of vehicles in Indonesia, we need additional capacity to accommodate market needs," said Hasan.

The purpose of this activity is as a means for top management to ensure that the Port's capacity can accommodate the needs of sending small vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment. In addition, to support healthy work, various facilities such as workspaces, toilets and places of worship will be improved.
