IPCC RECEIVES VISIT FROM JOHOR PORT DELEGATION IN MALAYSIA

Jakarta, January 30, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC), the operator of the Vehicle Terminal under the management of Pelindo Multi Terminal (SPMT) Subholding, received a benchmark visit from Tanjung Langsat Port (TLP), Johor, Malaysia, to observe IPCC's business processes and exchange information on Roll-on Roll-off (RORO) cargo handling. The visit was attended by IPCC's Director of Operations and Engineering, Bagus Dwipoyono, along with staff and TLP's Executive Director, Datuk Shahrull Allam Shah bin Abdul Halim, and Shahrul Izam bin Abas, Head of the Technical, Engineering, and Facilities Management Department, TLP.

The visit on Friday morning began with an exchange of information about the two ports, the services provided by each port accompanied by a lively discussion on the future development of the vehicle port. As a Vehicle Terminal with a dedicated status, IPCC emphasizes digitalization and expansion as the key to success in achieving the best performance and within the terminal prioritizes the principle of zero defects, zero accidents to ensure the quality of service provided to service users. Meanwhile, as a Multipurpose port that also handles RORO cargo, TLP is enthusiastic about seeing the business processes at IPCC starting from receiving-delivery, cargodoring and stevedoring as well as exchanging information on the limitations of authority as a terminal owner.

The event continued with a port tour, where we first observed the business process, particularly the Central Inspection Facility, where cargo for export first enters the terminal. The unit is inspected for defects and to ensure the vehicle is safe for export.
"We were very enthusiastic to see the vehicle terminal business process and learn about the facilities available for development at our port. We hope this meeting will continue and be the beginning of a collaboration between the two entities," said Sahrull. "As a public company, we are very enthusiastic about receiving a visit from TLP, especially as TLP also has the same RORO cargo business as IPCC, and we don't rule out the possibility of future collaboration," said Bagus.
