IPCC WINS 2 AWARDS AT TMMIN EXTERNAL LOGISTIC SKILL CONTEST

Jakarta, June 23, 2025. Located at TMMIN (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia) Karawang, West Java, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) successfully won 2 prestigious awards at the 14th TMMIN External Logistic Skill Contest. This prestigious annual event was attended by 30 companies and 1,155 participants divided into 11 categories that were competed. Also present at the event were the Director of Vocational Training Institutional Development of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Andri Susila, Head of the Motor Vehicle Type Testing Sub-Education and Training, Indonesian Ministry of Transportation Heri Prabowo, TMMIN President Director Nandi Julyanto and IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi.

The process of this activity has been going on since January to June 2025, through several stages, namely starting from the kick off stage, training, driving contest, judging to awarding. The judging process began with the selection process of the best talents who are members of the Toyota Logistic Community, the selection of categories until today is the awarding. In the Best Dispatcher Handling category which is a category for cargo drivers, IPCC sent 3 (three) delegates and 2 (two) of them won first place, namely Zainal Arifin and third place Galang Aryo Pangestu. This is inseparable from the important role of IPCC management in managing the terminal by prioritizing the principle of zero defect, zero accident so that drivers are trained and certified for cargo handling.

"To improve HR competency through project-based learning, it can increase broader work experience so as to strengthen competency according to the field of learning projects and then implemented in the workplace." said Andri Susila.
"We believe that HR is an important foundation in the development of the automotive industry so we will always develop superior HR skills by promoting programs like this in accordance with the government's focus on producing superior HR." said Nandi Julyanto.

"This victory is a breakthrough for IPCC to show that IPCC's talents can compete in the national arena and possibly in the global arena," said Sugeng. "It is hoped that the success in winning the award can improve the competence of drivers and maintain the trust of IPCC customers in handling their cargo at terminals managed by IPCC in the future," concluded Sugeng.
