PBM IPCC FLOWERS, TRUSTED TO HANDLE THE LOADING AND UNLOADING OF THE DLN MANDALIKA SHIP.

Jakarta 29 February 2024, PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk (IPCC) was entrusted with handling the loading and unloading of the DLN Mandalika ship on the Tanjung Priok-Balikpapan route with 111 cargo units and 41 unloading units with motor vehicle and heavy equipment commodities at the IPCC Tanjung Priok Domestic Terminal with less than 12 hours.

In this case, the IPCC indirectly helps support the economic development in Balikpapan where there is development of the center of the National Capital which is still evolving into a Green Smart City in the future to welcome a Golden Indonesia 2045.

IPCC Main Director Sugeng Mulyadi said that after successfully implementing the digitalization system in terms of operations and service standardization, IPCC succeeded in gaining trust to provide full loading and unloading services for all DLN Mandalika ship cargo.

Sugeng explained that having a number of cargoes fully handled by IPCC shows that IPCC has the ability to handle loading and unloading activities at the port in accordance with international standards and fulfills SLA/SLG in order to provide optimal service for loyal IPCC customers. Of course, we hope that we can continue to maintain this trust by handling cargo professionally with applicable SOPs and all supporting facilities at the terminal. In the future, it is hoped that service fulfillment and system integration can be implemented in all IPCC satellite terminals.

"This is in line with IPCC's position as part of the Value Chain of the national automotive industry and is part of providing excellent operations to its customers, namely vehicle manufacturers who have products for both export and import or domestic automotive handling," he explained. It is hoped that this trust can also be followed by a number of other automotive manufacturers to give full confidence in the handling of their cargo by the IPCC.
