Jakarta, March 26, 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) is proud to announce its audited financial report for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Through good collaboration with all parties, IPCC was able to continue its solid performance and posted a net profit of Rp212.22 billion, which is the highest achievement and the first time an all-time high above Rp200 billion. This achievement increased by 11.19% from last year's Rp190.85 billion, supported by the transformation of commercial and operational aspects as well as standardization and digitalization of various supporting lines of the Company.
The brilliant achievement of IPCC's financial performance managed to earn revenue of IDR 824.60 billion or an increase of 12.16% compared to last year's achievement of IDR 735.20 billion. Tanjung Priok contributed 91.09% or equivalent to IDR 757.77 billion, followed by IPCC Satellite Terminals in various regions of Indonesia which contributed 8.76% or equivalent to IDR 66.34 (Belawan, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Makassar and Banjarmasin which were just operated as of October 1, 2024). In terms of revenue per type of cargo, CBU contributed the largest portion of revenue with IDR 613.61 billion or around 74.79%, while for heavy equipment and bus/truck revenue, each reached IDR 80.45 billion and IDR 90.10 billion or around 9.76% and 10.93% of total revenue.
IPCC is committed to always providing the best service in terms of security, safety and handling of all cargo served by the Company. In 2024, the Company successfully implemented a new business model, namely the implementation of single billing. IPCC also recorded an increase in total assets of 3.49% from IDR 1.78 trillion in 2023 to IDR 1.85 trillion at the end of 2024, where the increase was due to an increase in IPCC Cash and Cash Equivalents reaching IDR 810 billion, which increased by 20.92%. In 2025, IPCC's business strategy will be continued by adjusting the strategy and master plan of the company engaged in the multi-terminal (vehicle logistic ecosystem) sector, by continuing to carry out both organic and inorganic business expansion. IPCC will continue to strengthen the operational and digitalization side, one of which has been carried out, namely the Go-Live PTOS-C application at the international terminal which aims to integrate services and combine operating patterns with the latest technology, said Bagus Dwipoyono, Director of Technical and Operations. "In order to improve operational services that focus on customer satisfaction, ensure the readiness of the operational team, work safety, sustainable transformation by implementing the 3 No work principles, namely no cause defect, no accept defect, no continues defect," concluded Bagus.

IPCC prioritizes environmentally friendly principles through a commitment to using alternative fuels with RON 92 from every environmentally friendly operational support tool to reduce carbon emissions as a form of reducing the negative impacts of fuel residues.
In terms of social and environmental responsibility (CSR), in 2024 the IPCC will continue to support priority environmental programs through the conservation of marine biota and ecosystems such as planting 8,100 seedlings and 1,000 mangrove trees in Central Kalimantan Province. In addition, the IPCC also encourages Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the Strong MSME program in the Kalibaru Village area as well as the development and training of woven and woven products in Eastern Indonesia. "IPCC's performance is always in line with sustainable performance. Our commitment to the public is not only to maintain the financial aspect but also to create a sustainable business by strengthening MSMEs which have an important role as a pillar of the nation's economy," concluded Endah Dwi Liesly.
