TRAFFIC GROWS 11.13%, IPCC IS MORE PROSPECTIVE AMIDST AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY RECOVERY

Jakarta, April 30, 2025. Throughout March 2025, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) successfully handled loading and unloading of vehicle cargo (CBU, buses/trucks, heavy equipment, and motorcycles) of up to 368,123 units, an increase of 11.13% or 36,872 units (YoY). In addition to cargo performance, the total number of ship visits to docks managed by IPCC was 791 calls, including the addition of the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal which will operate on October 1, 2024, an increase of 87 visits more (YoY) or 12.35% until March 2025. A better achievement than last year's performance, one of the factors of which was the increase in the number of vehicle imports, mainly CBU based on BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) of 7,577 units, dominated by brands from China and China (BYD, Vinfast, AION and various other brands). Exports of a number of automotive brands that have production line bases in Indonesia have also increased when looking at national car sales data in March 2025 released by Gaikindo (Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries) reaching 49,738 units, jumping 68.7% or a total of 112,038 units from February 2025. This achievement is directly proportional to the growth of the domestic automotive market where IPCC, which is part of the logistics ecosystem, especially in the port sector under the management of Pelindo, has again recorded brilliant operational performance compared to the same period last year.

Consolidated handling of truck/bus cargo until March 2025 amounted to 50,794 units, growing by 13.59% YoY. Growth in truck/bus cargo types was dominated by environmentally friendly electric buses imported from China and large-capacity trucks for the domestic mining sector which increased due to the domestic mineral downstreaming program. The Company successfully recorded positive performance in handling CBU cargo until March 2025 totaling 218,862 units, increasing by 25,559 units or 13.22% YoY. This increase was dominated by vehicle imports in line with the trend of BEV usage. Citing Gaikindo data in the production report until March 2025, CBU production was recorded at 288,017 units. The performance of Heavy Equipment cargo services also showed a growth of 19.08% YoY or 1,267 units where until March 2025 IPCC managed to handle 7,907 units.

"After going through the first quarter of 2025 where the Company's operational performance recorded an increase in achievements until March 2025, we are optimistic that with collaboration, transformation and implementation of digital systems, IPCC's performance will record better achievements than last year which is supported by various strategic initiatives across all lines to support the Company to contribute better to service users, stakeholders, investors and shareholders," concluded Endah Dwi Liesly, IPCC Corporate Secretary.
