ENGRAVED THE HISTORY, IPCC BRINGS HOME ANNUAL REPORT AWARD FOR THE FIRST TIME

Jakarta, December 9, 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), as a business entity within PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo, has successfully achieved a proud and historic achievement in the 2024 Annual Report Award (ARA) event held by the National Committee for Governance Policy (KNKG). This prestigious award event is the 20th event, for the first time since its establishment in 2012, IPCC has won 2nd place in the BUMN category with revenues up to 1 Trillion Rupiah. This prestigious award is an affirmation of the Company's firm commitment to implementing good corporate governance (GCG) and transparency, in line with the theme of ARA 2024: Leading with Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability: The Path to a Sustainable Future." Not just mere words, the theme chosen this year has a strong meaning and describes the current conditions where ARA 2024 emphasizes the importance of companies to: implement integrity, strengthen transparency, maintain accountability, all of which must be reflected in the annual report and sustainability report.

In the IPCC's annual report, which ushered in this historic moment, management chose the title "Digitalization Through Optimizing Vehicle Ecosystem," which focuses on the Company's strategy in leveraging digital technology to improve operational efficiency and the growth of an integrated vehicle logistics ecosystem. The jury commended the IPCC's efforts in presenting a comprehensive, informative, and accountable report, reflecting not only solid financial performance but also social and environmental responsibility. This achievement is the result of the hard work and collaboration of all IPCC personnel, who consistently strive to improve the quality of reporting in accordance with international standards. In line with this achievement, Bagus Dwipoyono, as Director of Operations and Engineering of IPCC, emphasized the central role of digitalization: "This victory proves our success in integrating technology-based operating systems. The theme 'Digitalization Through Optimizing Vehicle Ecosystem' reflects our efforts to create more seamless, faster, and safer operations, which ultimately increases customer satisfaction and overall terminal efficiency." Similarly, Wing Megantoro, Director of Finance, Human Resources & Risk Management of IPCC added, "IPCC's solid financial performance in 2024 provides a strong foundation that the data we present in our annual report is aligned and in accordance with reality and the principles of accountability and transparency. This achievement confirms that integrity and transparency in financial reporting are key drivers of business sustainability and our accountability to the public and stakeholders."

IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi explained that in running the company, we translate the themes of our annual and sustainability reports into three concrete steps:

1. Leading with Integrity: We ensure that the tone from the top—from the Board of Directors to those in the field—is one common language: Zero Tolerance for bribery and fraud. Implementing the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System is no longer an option, but an ingrained obligation.
Digital Transparency: We believe transparency requires tools. Through the digitization of operational and financial services, we ensure that every cargo movement and transaction is recorded in real time, accurately, and accountably to all our business partners.
3. Sustainability Focus: We are pursuing a path to a sustainable future by supporting the electric vehicle ecosystem and the Green Port initiative. We want to ensure that IPCC's growth is not only profitable but also environmentally friendly and has a positive social impact.
