IPCC Encourages Knowledge Transfer Through Academic Visits by Universitas Indonesia

Jakarta, May 11, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) welcomed students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, to the IPCC Jakarta Branch office for a learning and industry introduction program. This activity was carried out as a form of collaboration between the academic world and industry to provide direct understanding of the company's operational activities, the dynamics of the vehicle terminal industry, and the role of organizational structure in supporting operational effectiveness. Through a series of material presentations, discussions, and field observations, students had the opportunity to learn the company's work processes more comprehensively from the perspective of industry practitioners. This visit also served as a platform for the exchange of insights and experiences between IPCC management and students, fostering a more relevant understanding of the needs of the professional world and the development of the logistics industry in Indonesia. In addition to contributing to education, this activity is expected to strengthen the relationship between the IPCC and the academic community on an ongoing basis.

The series of activities began with a presentation of the IPCC company profile, which provided an overview of the company, its operational services, and its strategic position in the logistics and vehicle terminal industry in Indonesia. Following this, participants participated in a discussion and sharing session with IPCC management, which addressed various aspects of the company's operations, coordination between divisions, and challenges and opportunities in the industry. During the session, students were also given the opportunity to engage in direct discussions and ask questions related to the workplace and the company's operational practices. This active interaction served as a form of knowledge transfer, expected to enrich the perspectives of both parties. "The IPCC believes that sustainable performance is built not only through business transformation and operational strengthening, but also through openness in sharing knowledge with the younger generation. The presence of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, provides a positive collaborative space to observe firsthand how operational patterns, business transformation, and HR management policies are implemented adaptively and sustainably. The Company's performance improvement in 2025, which continues into 2026, is the result of the synergy of the company's people, a growing work culture, and a commitment to providing added value not only for the company, but also for society and the national industrial ecosystem," said Endah Dwi Liesly, Corporate Secretary.

For the IPCC, academic visits like this are not only a contribution to education but also an opportunity to observe company operations from a more critical and constructive external perspective. The presence of students as part of the academic environment provides new perspectives relevant to industrial developments and the needs of the younger generation in the workforce. To conclude the series of activities, students were invited to take a site tour to observe IPCC's operational activities in the field, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the material presented in the previous discussion sessions. Through direct observation, participants can see how operational coordination is carried out and how organizational structures support the smooth running of daily company activities. Through this activity, the IPCC hopes that the experiences students gain will provide valuable knowledge and insights for future academic and professional development, while simultaneously strengthening the synergy between academia and industry on an ongoing basis.
