Following the resignation of Sugeng Mulyadi as President Director of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk—submitted on June 25, 2026, and acknowledged by Management—IPCC is ready to embrace this leadership transition with confidence. The Company views this decision as a testament to the trust placed in him to assume greater responsibilities as President Director of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, a subsidiary of Pelindo (IPCC’s majority shareholder). This strategic appointment reflects clear recognition of his track record and capabilities in further strengthening synergy within the national port ecosystem while opening a new chapter of contribution on a broader scale.

IPCC management extends its deepest appreciation for the dedication and significant contributions of Mr. Sugeng Mulyadi during his tenure leading the Company from April 2023 to June 2026.
