IPCC RECORDS NET PROFIT OF IDR 177.18 BILLION THROUGH Q3 2026, BOLSTERING "INTEGRATED AUTO SOLUTIONS" STRATEGY

Jakarta, October 23, 2026 – PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC)—a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, which is part of the Pelindo Group—posted a net profit of IDR 177.18 billion through the third quarter of 2026, supported by a 19.57% year-on-year (YoY) growth in consolidated cargo traffic. Despite global geopolitical dynamics—including conflicts in the Strait of Hormuz region and trade uncertainties stemming from tariff wars—the Company has successfully maintained its profitability. This traffic growth reflects IPCC’s operational agility and reinforces the Company’s optimism regarding the optimization of domestic market potential through its "Integrated Auto Solutions" strategy.

Based on the interim financial statements as of September 2026, IPCC recorded an operating revenue of IDR 645.48 billion, reflecting a 2.24% adjustment compared to the same period in the previous year (YoY). Operating profit stood at IDR 205.64 billion—a 5.85% YoY correction—while net profit reached IDR 177.18 billion, representing a 6.89% YoY correction. Despite current industry conditions and various external challenges, the Company has managed to maintain a Net Profit Margin (NPM) of 27.45%. This achievement underscores the robustness of IPCC’s profitability and the Company’s ability to sustain its business performance amidst pressures within the commercial environment.

On the operational front, the Company recorded a consolidated cargo traffic growth of 1,373,926 units through September 2026. This growth was primarily driven by increased domestic service activity and contributions from the satellite terminal network, highlighting the potential of the domestic market as a key pillar of the Company’s performance amidst the dynamics of global trade. In line with these achievements, IPCC is further strengthening its "Integrated Auto Solutions" strategy by optimizing integrated vehicle logistics services, developing value-added services, and enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. The Company is also refining its service mix and revenue potential across each operational segment to maximize the economic value derived from the growth in cargo volume handled. Furthermore, IPCC is exploring opportunities to develop new satellite terminals in various strategic locations to expand its service reach, strengthen domestic vehicle distribution connectivity, and unlock new sources of growth.

IPCC President Director, Wing Megantoro, stated that the growth in operational traffic reflects the significant potential of the Indonesian domestic market, which remains open for further development. This situation serves as a momentum for the Company to strengthen its operational network, enhance service quality, and capture new business opportunities through its "Integrated Auto Solutions" strategy.

“We will continue to strengthen our integrated services, develop value-added offerings, and explore opportunities to expand our network of satellite terminals. Our focus is not merely on increasing cargo volume, but also on ensuring that this growth contributes optimally to the Company’s revenue and profitability. We are optimistic that strengthening our network, diversifying our services, and maximizing the potential of the domestic market will serve as a vital foundation for high-quality business growth and the creation of sustainable value for all stakeholders,” concluded Wing.
