JOYFULLY CARING FOR THE COMMUNITY, STEADFASTLY LEADING IPCC TO WIN THE 2026 TJSL AWARD

Jakarta, August 6, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC)—a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal and part of the Pelindo Group swept three awards at the 2026 TJSL & CSR Awards organized by BUMN Track. The three accolades were the Platinum-level ESG Excellence Award, the Gold-level Social Pillar Award, and the Leadership Excellence Award (specifically the "TOP CEO in ESG & TJSL Leadership Excellence Award"). The awards were presented on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Bidakara Hotel in Jakarta, at an event attended by dozens of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and their subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries from across Indonesia. The event served as both an appreciation and an evaluation of the Company's consistency in fulfilling its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) obligations, integrated with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

The 2026 TJSL & CSR Awards mark the sixth edition of the event, featuring an independent panel of judges chaired by Ir. Thendri Supriatno, MBA, alongside the Honorary Jury Chair, Dr. Edy Soeparno, S.H., M.H.—who also serves as Deputy Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI). The overarching theme for this year, "The Transition of TJSL towards ESG Ratings and Creating Shared Value," serves as the benchmark for the jury in evaluating how effectively companies integrate TJSL (Social and Environmental Responsibility) into their business strategies and sustainable governance frameworks. The assessment also takes into account program innovation as well as the social, economic, and environmental impacts generated by each participant throughout the judging period.

The Leadership Excellence Award in the "TOP CEO in ESG & TJSL" category recognizes the strong commitment of IPCC’s top management to the sustainable implementation of ESG and TJSL (Social and Environmental Responsibility) programs, specifically by strengthening TJSL governance and integrating it with the company's business strategy. Meanwhile, the Platinum-level ESG Excellence Award and Gold-level Social Pillar Award were secured thanks to the consistent implementation of IPCC’s flagship TJSL initiatives—IPCC GEMBIRA (Clean and Healthy Community Movement) and IPCC UMKM KUAT (Developing Businesses to Overcome Challenges)—which deliver direct benefits to communities surrounding the company's operational areas. Collectively, these three awards reflect IPCC’s efforts to embed TJSL into its long-term business strategy, demonstrating that the company views its social responsibility initiatives as essential to its "license to operate," rather than merely a means to fulfill formal obligations.

The achievement of the Platinum-level ESG Excellence Award is attributed to the comprehensive sustainability programs implemented by IPCC, ranging from emissions and energy management, waste management, and water conservation to the digitalization of operational processes and the greening of the terminal area. On the social front, the "IPCC Peduli" initiative—through the "IPCC GEMBIRA" program—focuses on providing nutritional supplements and health education for pregnant women and toddlers to prevent stunting, while the "IPCC UMKM KUAT" program offers business support to MSMEs in the vicinity of the company's operations. These two programs serve as tangible evidence of IPCC’s commitment to supporting the social and economic resilience of the local community. This holistic approach—integrating environmental, social, and governance aspects—was a key factor considered by the panel of judges in selecting IPCC as the recipient of this year's Platinum-level ESG Excellence Award.

In response to this achievement, Bagus Dwipoyono, Acting President Director of IPCC, expressed his appreciation to all collaborators and stakeholders who have worked hand-in-hand to consistently implement the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program. “As a public company operating within the community, our responsibility extends beyond mere business operations to encompass the well-being of the people living near our operational areas—particularly regarding health, the economy, and the environment. Therefore, for us, the TJSL initiative is not merely a supplementary program but a tangible manifestation of IPCC’s presence in the local community; we are committed to ensuring that these programs deliver real benefits rather than simply existing in name only. Moving forward, we will continue to enhance the quality of these flagship programs and strengthen our ESG governance, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Danantara Indonesia’s vision of creating world-class State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) dedicated to improving the living standards of communities surrounding our operations,” Bagus concluded.
