Jakarta, July 27, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC)—a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal and the sole vehicle terminal operator within Pelindo’s integrated port ecosystem—recorded financial results that underwent adjustments due to national and global geopolitical conditions. In its Second Quarter 2026 financial report submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Company posted a net profit of IDR 103.28 billion for the first half of 2026. This figure represents a year-on-year (yoy) adjustment of 9.28%, or IDR 10.56 billion. Nevertheless, the Company successfully maintained a net profit margin of 24.98%, reflecting effective cost management, operational efficiency, and its ability to sustain profitability amidst industry challenges.
This performance adjustment is inseparable from global and national geopolitical challenges affecting the global automotive supply chain—including the escalating conflict in the Middle East, which impacts distribution routes and international logistics costs, as well as the slowdown in national vehicle imports. These conditions have specifically impacted the performance of IPCC’s International Terminal in Jakarta, the company’s primary driver, which contributes approximately 87% to consolidated revenue and operations. Nevertheless, management views these dynamics as temporary challenges that can be managed through risk mitigation strategies and enhanced efficiency. “We acknowledge that the global geopolitical situation—including the conflict in the Middle East and the weakening of national automotive imports—is exerting pressure on the performance of the International Terminal, which serves as the backbone of IPCC’s revenue".
"However, we believe this is a common short-term challenge faced by the global vehicle logistics industry," said Bagus Dwipoyono, Director of Operations and Engineering and Acting President Director of IPCC. "We remain optimistic and will continue to strengthen risk mitigation and maintain solid operational performance by enhancing efficiency across all operational movements, optimizing terminal capacity, and developing value-added services—all underpinned by strong business fundamentals through the implementation of our 'Integrated Auto Solutions' strategy. This ensures that IPCC remains a reliable and sustainable vehicle logistics partner, delivering value to our clients, shareholders, and the national economy."
Wing Megantoro, Director of Finance, HR, and Risk Management at IPCC, stated that based on the balance sheet position as of the first half of 2026, IPCC remains in a healthy condition with solid fundamentals and maintains its status as a debt-free company. This is reflected in the Company's total assets, which remained stable at IDR 2.04 trillion, supported by a 4.01% increase in current assets—rising from IDR 1.171 trillion at the end of December 2025 to IDR 1.218 trillion at the end of June 2026. This condition reflects strong liquidity and the Company's capacity to maintain operational continuity while supporting future business development. Amidst dynamic market conditions, IPCC continues to strengthen cost management discipline through measurable and sustainable efficiency programs, ensuring that budget allocations focus on activities that directly impact operational continuity, revenue growth driven by business innovation, and customer satisfaction.
IPCC Corporate Secretary Endah Dwi Liesly reaffirmed the Company's commitment to the principle of information disclosure as part of its implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). "As a listed company that prioritizes GCG principles—acting transparently and accountably—we are presenting these financial results clearly and in a timely manner, including adjustments made during this period due to global economic and geopolitical dynamics beyond the company's control." Endah further emphasized the importance of IPCC maintaining a sound financial foundation so that the company can continue to operate and benefit the wider community, aligning with the spirit of Danantara Indonesia, which places sustainability and the public interest at the forefront of delivering value to all the Company's stakeholders.
