Strengthening Human Resource Capabilities and Spirituality through the Revitalization of Support Facilities

Jakarta, June 18, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) is driving value creation through the inauguration of the renovated and optimized "Dojo"—the company's internal training facility—and the Al Mawqif Prayer Room at IPCC’s headquarters in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta. The event was attended by the Director of Operations and Engineering, Bagus Dwipoyono, and the Director of Finance, HR, and Risk Management, Wing Megantoro, alongside the company's management team and employees. The Dojo’s renovation and optimization aim to enhance and maintain the competence of IPCC’s workforce, ensuring readiness to face the increasingly competitive port industry challenges and serving as a hub for fostering a culture of continuous improvement—extending beyond operations to the entire port value chain. Meanwhile, the Al Mawqif Prayer Room provides a spiritual space to meet the employees' spiritual needs within the workplace. Both initiatives demonstrate IPCC’s tangible commitment to developing a workforce that is not only professionally excellent but also strong in character and values.

The facility upgrades at the Dojo include a Simulator Room updated with the latest technology, a Safety Education Room, a Trainer Room, a Learning Room capable of accommodating over 50 people per session, and a more comfortable prayer room. These optimizations align the facility with international competency standards in port operations and automotive logistics, reflecting IPCC’s new tagline: "Integrated Auto Solutions." The result is a training facility that is not only physically improved but also far more functional and inspiring—serving as a space for the professional development of IPCC’s top talent and enabling them to genuinely embody the spirit of wholehearted service to customers.

"The renovation of this Dojo represents more than just a physical upgrade; it reflects IPCC’s commitment to making employee competency development a strategic priority. We believe that a well-trained workforce forms the foundation of reliable, efficient, and world-class operational services. With these optimized Dojo facilities, we are confident in our ability to cultivate professionals ready to meet the challenges of the ever-evolving automotive logistics industry," said Bagus Dwipoyono.

Alongside the renovation of the Dojo, IPCC also inaugurated the Al Mawqif Prayer Room (*Musholla*). This official place of worship serves to meet the spiritual needs of all employees and service users within the company premises during their daily activities. The name "Al Mawqif"—meaning "a place to pause"—was chosen to reflect the prayer room's function as a respite amidst the dynamic pace of work; it is a space where individuals can take a moment to calm their hearts, strengthen their spirituality, and draw closer to the Creator. The inauguration ceremony also featured a Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) initiative involving the distribution of aid to orphans living near the company area, serving as an expression of gratitude and a way to reinforce values of togetherness and social care. The prayer room is equipped with ablution facilities, a spacious and comfortable prayer area, and amenities to support religious study sessions and employee spiritual development. With the completion and inauguration of the Al Mawqif Prayer Room, the "IPCC Mengaji" (Quran study) program can now be conducted centrally and more comfortably. The establishment of the Al Mawqif Prayer Room underscores IPCC’s commitment to creating a work environment that supports not only productivity but also a balance between the professional and spiritual needs of every employee.

“More than just a facility, this prayer room is envisioned as a sanctuary—a place where every employee can momentarily shed the stresses of the day, strengthen their connection with the Creator, and find inner peace amidst their daily activities. The inauguration of this prayer room also serves as a reminder that the values of care, togetherness, and gratitude must always remain alive within the workplace. Management hopes that the presence of this prayer room will not only benefit those who worship there but also serve as a source of blessings, strengthen bonds among colleagues, and foster a spirit of sharing kindness with one another,” concluded Wing Megantoro.
