THROUGH PELITA 2026, IPCC NURTURES THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATION'S NEXT GENERATION

Jakarta, July 29, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), alongside six other companies within the Pelindo Group, participated in the PELITA (Pelindo Environment Free from Stunting) 2026 program held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village, Koja District, North Jakarta. This program represents a collaborative Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) initiative launched by PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva in partnership with PT Menara Maritim Indonesia, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia, PT Multi Terminal Indonesia, IPCC, PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, and PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. The event featured nutrition education and a workshop on preparing healthy meals for toddlers, targeting 30 children showing signs of stunting and 30 pregnant women in the area. This collaboration among the seven companies was driven by a shared desire to make a tangible contribution toward reducing stunting rates in the communities surrounding their operational areas. Representatives from the Koja District administration also attended the event, demonstrating support from local government authorities.

The PELITA 2026 program serves as a concrete effort to support the government's goal of reducing stunting prevalence through an educational and sustainable approach. Through nutrition education, pregnant women and families with toddlers gain an understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition, spanning from pregnancy through the child's critical "golden period" of growth and development. Workshops on preparing healthy meals for toddlers are also included, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience in transforming nutritious ingredients into appealing dishes that children readily accept. By employing this practical approach, the program aims to deliver long-term impact—going beyond mere one-way instruction—thereby empowering the community to independently adopt better nutritional parenting practices in the future.

The Head of North Rawa Badak Urban Village, Esther Laura Kartini, expressed her deep appreciation for the collaboration among seven companies within the Pelindo Group that initiated this program. "We greatly appreciate the collaboration established by these companies within the Pelindo Group. Programs like this are vital for our community, particularly in efforts to prevent stunting. We hope this program will be sustainable, given that addressing stunting requires consistent, ongoing support. Such synergy between the industrial sector and the government is key to the success of community welfare programs in the North Rawa Badak area," she said.

In this regard, IPCC Corporate Secretary Roro Endah Dwi Liesly shared her views on IPCC’s involvement in the program. "Children are the nation's future generation, and their growth and development require careful attention from an early age. As part of the Pelindo Group operating in this region, IPCC feels a responsibility to participate and contribute to stunting prevention efforts, aiming for the better growth and development of the nation's future generation. IPCC’s involvement in the PELITA 2026 Program is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to the communities surrounding our operational areas. Moving forward, we will continue to support various social and environmental responsibility programs that deliver positive, sustainable impacts for the community—particularly in the areas near our operations—while also monitoring the program's progress to ensure the benefits are felt sustainably by the public," she stated.
