Jakarta, February 24, 2025. Towards the beginning of the year, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) has created a number of strategic roadmap policies to increase value creation, such as increasing market share, enlarging the role of the vehicle logistics ecosystem sector and strengthening information technology systems by implementing Single TOS (PTOS - Pelindo Terminal Operating System). The breakthroughs made were by handling cargodoring as a whole, expanding PDC services, expanding business in land transportation, expanding vehicle terminals in Pelindo work areas throughout Indonesia, especially in eastern Indonesia and also digital standardization in IPCC work areas.
In line with the Company's Long Term Plan (RJPP) 2025-2029, namely in 2025-2026 with the big theme of Standardization and Connectivity and after successfully building and implementing PTOS-C at the Belawan Satellite Terminal, Medan. IPCC will build the same system at the Makassar Satellite Terminal in the first semester of 2025 so that customers can easily track cargo movements within the IPCC terminal and monitor the progress of vehicle loading and unloading in a transparent and connected manner between the Satellite Terminal and the Jakarta Branch. After successfully collaborating with one of the strategic partners in terms of handling land transportation, namely PT Prominent Logistic Indonesia, in 2024, IPCC also plans to continue expanding the network by collaborating with other companies that have a superior reputation and experience in their fields.
"2025 is the year when the IPCC continues its standardization program on the operational side which focuses on business lines in all work areas by prioritizing technology which is expected to make it easier for service users to monitor the movement of cargo for each manufacturer in the Company's work area. "We are also trying to continue to adapt to the climate needs of cargo vehicle owners by expanding PDC services so that customer needs can be met," said Sugeng Mulyadi, Main Director of IPCC.
Apart from being a land owner, until January 2025 IPCC had handled 67% of cargodoring and 13% of stevedoring. "With solid fundamentals and the application of the latest technological systems, as well as handling land transportation and expanding the vehicle terminal business, it is hoped that IPCC can provide end to end services, namely services from port to door so that it can create value creation and make IPCC a superior vehicle terminal ecosystem," concluded Sugeng.
