Jakarta, September 3, 2026 – PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on Thursday (September 3), with an agenda item regarding the approval of changes to the Company's management composition. The EGM was presided over by the Company’s President Commissioner and attended by the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, as well as shareholders and/or their proxies—participating either in person or via the eASY.KSEI electronic system.
During the EGM, shareholders approved the resignation of Sugeng Mulyadi from his position as President Director and concurrent Acting (Plt.) Director of Commercial and Business Development, effective June 25, 2026. The Company expressed its appreciation and gratitude for the dedication, contributions, and leadership he demonstrated while carrying out his duties and responsibilities at IPCC.
Furthermore, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) approved changes to the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors as part of efforts to strengthen the Company’s leadership structure and long-term strategy. This move reflects a commitment to enhancing competitiveness through business expansion—leveraging digitalization—and the consistent application of good corporate governance across all operational activities to advance business strategy. The following is the composition of the Board of Directors of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk based on the results of the EGMS:

Director of Operations and Engineering: Donny Yuniarto
Director of Finance, HC and Risk Management: Bagus Dwipoyono
Director of Commercial and Business Development: Vacant
Furthermore, to ensure the continuity of the Company's commercial and business development functions, and pursuant to a Board of Directors' resolution and the Company's Articles of Association, Donny Yuniarto has been appointed as Acting Director of Commercial and Business Development, in addition to his role as Director of Operations and Engineering.
Wing Megantoro, President Director of IPCC, stated that this change in the Board of Directors' composition serves as momentum for the Company to continue its transformation, sustainably strengthen performance, and enhance management effectiveness in navigating the dynamics of the vehicle terminal industry, thereby supporting the achievement of IPCC's future business targets. These efforts will be driven by the collaboration of the entire IPCC workforce and stakeholders, alongside the support of shareholders.
