BRILLIANT, IPCC'S OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN FEBRUARY WAS EXCELLENT UP TO 11.12% (YoY)

Jakarta, March 29, 2025. Based on national car sales data in February 2025 released by Gaikindo (Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries), it reached 72,295 units, a jump of 16.7% or a total of 134,227 units from January 2025. In line with the growth of the domestic automotive market, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) as an entity of the Pelindo Group under Pelindo Multi Terminal (Pelindo Subholding in the Multi Terminal sector) again recorded impressive operational performance compared to the same period last year. In total, IPCC managed to record 238,819 units up to February 2025, an increase of 23,916 units or 11.12% (YoY). When comparing the performance in January with February 2025, throughout February 2025 IPCC successfully carried out loading and unloading of cargo (CBU, buses/trucks, heavy equipment, general cargo and motorbikes) which were handled up to 127,045 units, which increased by 15,271 units or 13.6% from the achievement in January 2025. In addition to cargo performance, the number of ship visits to the docks managed by IPCC including the addition of the Banjarmasin satellite terminal which began operating on October 1, 2024, increased by 17.7% or 79 more visits YoY or a total of 526 Calls until February 2025. The better achievement than last year was influenced by the increase in the number of vehicle imports, especially CBU based on BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) of 6,778 units dominated by Asian manufacturers (BYD, Vinfast, AION and various other brands) and the increase in the number of exports of a number of automotive brands that have production line bases in Indonesia.

Consolidated handling of truck/bus cargo until February 2025 amounted to 17,620 units, growing by 16.3% YoY. Growth in truck/bus cargo was dominated by electric buses imported from China in accordance with the Trans Jakarta bus rejuvenation plan to add 200 new fleets in 2025 and large-capacity trucks for the domestic mining sector which increased in line with the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia's Asta Cita, namely continuing downstreaming and industrialization to increase added value domestically in order to achieve the Government's vision towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The company successfully recorded positive performance in handling CBU cargo until February 2025 amounting to 133,585 units, an increase of 11,795 units or 9.6% YoY. This increase was dominated by exports of domestically produced vehicles to meet international market demand with the number of exports until February amounting to 49,954 units or 4.19% compared to the same period last year. Citing Gaikindo data in the production report until February 2025, CBU production was recorded at 165,166 units. Heavy Equipment cargo performance grew by 712 units or increased by 16.2% YoY where until February 2025 it managed to handle 33,710 units. The increase in Heavy Equipment cargo occurred for both export and import cargo which was dominated by 5 well-known brands Hitachi, Caterpillar, Sumitomo, Hyundai and Komatsu.

"In accordance with the company's roadmap in 2025, namely Integrated Connectivity which focuses on increasing the number of satellite terminals to strengthen service connectivity, active collaboration with cargo owners as a step for IPCC to become a leader in the vehicle terminal ecosystem and expansion of stacking yards as an effort to maintain the trust and comfort of IPCC service users," said Bagus Dwipoyono, Director of Operations and Technical IPCC.

"Looking at the company's operational performance until February 2025, we are confident that IPCC's performance throughout the year will be better than last year with various strategic initiatives in the commercial and operational fields, including the implementation of PTOS-C at international terminals and several satellite terminals that will strengthen operational performance, conducting commercial enhancement through the expansion of core services to carmakers that have not collaborated directly with IPCC and optimizing the use of digital-based information technology," concluded Endah Dwi Liesly, IPCC Corporate Secretary.
