CONSISTENCY OF INNOVATION AND SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE, IPCC AGAIN RECOGNITION AS BEST ISSUER IN THE PORT SECTOR

Jakarta, November 6, 2025. As a business entity within the Pelindo Group port ecosystem, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC), the largest vehicle terminal operator in Indonesia, once again won the prestigious Public Company (Issuer) award in the Port category from the Bisnis Indonesia Logistics Award (BILA) 2025, now in its fourth year. This award, won for two consecutive years, is even more valuable as it coincides with IPCC's 13th anniversary of serving Indonesia's import and export loading and unloading activities. The event, held at the Borobudur Hotel in Jakarta, was attended by IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi.

Carrying the theme of Logistics Transformation Towards an Advanced Indonesia, BILA 2025 focuses on the achievements of industry players in the logistics sector to encourage efficiency and innovation as a foundation for strengthening the national logistics ecosystem and supporting the creation of resilient and sustainable logistics. BILA 2025 is a form of appreciation from the Bisnis Indonesia Group for industry players who play an active role in accelerating the progress of the national logistics and transportation sector. The assessment was carried out objectively by a panel of five judges from various national logistics associations and institutions, namely Lulu Terianto, Carmelita Hartoto, Iman Gandi Mihardja, Mahendra Rianto, and Hendra Wibawa. The jury's assessment was based on IPCC's superior, consistent performance and continued added value for service users, stakeholders, investors, and the community, motivating IPCC to continue growing and providing new innovations amidst the dynamics of the automotive and port industries. As proof of IPCC's resilience in winning the competition, in Q3 2025 IPCC successfully recorded an operating profit of Rp. 190.3 billion, a 28.4% growth compared to the previous year. This proves the company's reliability in managing operations and finances supported by integrated digitalization of vehicle terminal operations has had a direct impact on increasing efficiency, productivity, and the sustainability of national logistics connectivity, particularly in the automotive sector.

Sugeng added that this award is the result of the hard work of the entire IPCC team in realizing reliable vehicle loading and unloading services based on a digital operating system (PTOS-C). IPCC believes that with the spirit of business model innovation, transformation and digitalization are the keys to supporting the smoothness of national logistics, especially in the automotive sector and increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian ports on the global stage. As a prestigious annual event, IPCC will maintain this good momentum consistently in the company's growth so that it can provide significant added value for the nation and state. In line with the new IPCC tagline, namely Integrated Auto Solutions, IPCC will encourage the implementation of "Smart Port, Green Growth & Smart Solution" so that it can provide the best contribution to the Indonesian economy and always pay attention to sustainability aspects for future generations," concluded Sugeng.
