Jakarta, March 25, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), part of the Pelindo Group ecosystem through PT Pelindo Multi Terminal as a subholding, recorded impressive financial performance based on the audited report for the 2025 fiscal year. The company successfully recorded a net profit of Rp256.51 billion, marking an all-time high and surpassing the psychological milestone of Rp250 billion. This performance grew 20.87% year-on-year (YoY) compared to the previous year's profit of Rp212.21 billion, reflecting increasingly strong business fundamentals and the company's ability to maintain sustainable growth amidst industry dynamics. This achievement was driven by IPCC's success in accelerating business innovation and strategy, strengthening operational transformation and digitalization, and consistently standardizing business processes across all lines, thereby increasing efficiency, productivity, and service quality as the main foundation in creating added value for service users, shareholders and stakeholders.
IPCC recorded solid revenue growth throughout 2025, reaching Rp929.96 billion, a 12.77% YoY increase compared to Rp824.60 billion in the previous year. This performance confirms the company's ability to maintain sustainable growth momentum, supported by the dominant contribution of the Tanjung Priok Branch of 91% or Rp842.55 billion, as well as the strengthening role of satellite terminals in various strategic regions of Indonesia, which contributed 9% or Rp85.15 billion. In terms of business composition, the Completely Built Up (CBU) segment remains the main contributor with revenue reaching Rp697.66 billion, followed by the heavy equipment segment at Rp82.67 billion and trucks/buses at Rp77.31 billion. This revenue structure reflects IPCC's strong positioning as a key player in the national automotive logistics chain while demonstrating an increasingly solid diversification of its business portfolio. Interestingly, IPCC's performance growth is also driven by the acceleration of the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) trend, which is one of the main catalysts for the company's growth in 2025. IPCC has successfully served more than 101,731 electric vehicles, with Chinese brands dominating the market, contributing more than 80,000 units. This not only strengthens IPCC's role in the future automotive logistics ecosystem but also confirms the company's readiness to seize opportunities from the transition to a more environmentally friendly and sustainable industry.
IPCC is committed to always providing the best service in terms of security, safety and handling of all cargo served by the Company. In 2025, the company implemented a full single billing and also in the 4th quarter of 2025 IPCC officially launched the In-Land Transportation business innovation as the embodiment of the new tagline, namely Integrated Auto Solutions which strengthens the company's direction as the leader of integrated and largest vehicle terminal logistics services in Indonesia. IPCC also recorded an increase in total assets of 11.21% from IDR 1.85 trillion in 2024 to IDR 2.05 trillion at the end of 2025 where the increase was due to an increase in IPCC's Cash and Cash Equivalents reaching IDR 1.08 trillion which increased by 33.55%. Wing Megantoro as Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management said, "Various efforts made by the Company to create added value from each service provided, especially from the financial side, such as cost efficiency that is not directly related to revenue and the use of integrated payment systems through digitalization such as PRAYA and PTOS-C which allow service users to find out bills for IPCC services in real time, reducing face-to-face processes and successfully reducing the Company's ACP (average collection period) from 31.74 in 2024 to 29.05 in 2025 ". "As one of the business entities in the Pelindo group that has solid fundamentals, we do not have corporate obligations in the form of debt to banks or other parties (debt-free company) thus providing more prudent room for movement and independence of financial management for the development of the company," said Wing.
In order to become a vehicle terminal that has excellence in terms of service so that it becomes top of mind for service users, IPCC strengthens governance and reporting to shareholders as part of the company's accountability where throughout IPCC's existence, in 2025 it successfully won the prestigious Annual Report Award 2024, 2nd Place in the category of Non-Financial Public BUMN with Revenues below 1 Trillion organized by the National Committee for Governance Policy (KNKG) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
IPCC President Director, Sugeng Mulyadi said "We are grateful and give the highest appreciation to Service Users, Vendors, IPCC Team, Shareholders/Investors and Stakeholders for this extraordinary achievement and not to forget their support and trust in IPCC". IPCC appreciates the assessment of service users and vendors for the services we provide where this is measured in the results of the 2025 customer satisfaction survey within the Pelindo Group, IPCC obtained the highest score of 4.82 on a scale of 5. This good performance is certainly also supported by the Excellent Service provided by IPCC. "Throughout 2025, IPCC succeeded in expanding services by increasing capacity through PDC, integration of logistics services, in-land transportation and optimization of idle land around the company to accommodate the surge in cargo passing through our terminal," concluded Sugeng.
In 2025, IPCC's business strategy will continue by adjusting the company's strategy and master plan to focus on an integrated vehicle logistics ecosystem, while continuing to expand both organically and inorganically. IPCC will continue to strengthen its operations and digitalization efforts, including the full go-live of the PTOS-C application at the international terminal, aimed at integrating services and combining operational patterns with the latest technology, said Bagus Dwipoyono, Director of Engineering and Operations. "In order to improve operational services that focus on service user satisfaction, ensure operational team readiness, work safety, sustainable transformation by implementing the 3 No work principles, namely no cause defect, no accept defect, no continues defect," said Bagus. For IPCC's excellent service to one of its service users, IPCC successfully obtained a certificate of appreciation for 460 days of service without accidents/incidents on PT Astra Daihatsu Motor cargo. This recognition also motivates IPCC to continue improving quality in handling automaker cargo, making a positive contribution to the national economy and answering future business challenges.
Endah Dwi Liesly, Corporate Secretary added, "in addition to improving financial performance, IPCC's dynamic business footprint also pays attention to environmental, social and sustainable corporate governance elements in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). IPCC's ESG management continues to improve as indicated by the acquisition of prestigious awards in 2025 by obtaining 3 awards at the BUMN Track TJSL & CSR Award." IPCC prioritizes environmentally friendly principles through a commitment to using alternative fuels with RON 92 from every environmentally friendly operational support tool to reduce carbon emissions as a form of reducing the negative impacts of fuel residues. In addition, the use of Battery-based Golf Cars and the Use of EV Taxi Cars strengthens the commitment towards a technology-based green port (Green & Smart Port).
In terms of social and environmental responsibility (TJSL), in 2025 the IPCC continues to support priority environmental programs through the conservation of marine biota and ecosystems such as planting 2,750 mangrove seedlings in the Siombak Lake Conservation Area, Medan, North Sumatra and the conservation maintenance of 8,100 mangrove plants in Sungai Undang sub-district, Central Kalimantan Province. In addition, the IPCC also encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the Strong MSME program in the Kalibaru Village area which also supports the TJSL program for stunting eradication through the IPCC Gembira program where a circular economy and mutual support are important foundations for the success and sustainability of the program. "The IPCC's performance is always aligned with measurable and sustainable performance, with our commitment to the public not only maintaining financial aspects but also creating sustainable businesses by strengthening MSMEs, which play a vital role in supporting the nation's economy, and health as a valuable asset in developing young leaders in the future," Endah concluded.
