EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE & SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS INNOVATION BRING IPCC TO TWO AWARDS AT THE 2026 BUMN AWARDS

Jakarta, March 11, 2026. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) has once again achieved a proud achievement at the national level. In the 15th BUMN Award 2026 event organized by BUMN Track together with BTA Academy at the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, IPCC won two awards at once, namely the Best Company Growth Strategy and Best CEO Strategic Expansion & Performance Excellence which was awarded to the President Director of IPCC, Sugeng Mulyadi. Present as Chairman of the Honorary Jury was Silmy Karim as the Deputy Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia and the winner of the Best BUMN CEO 2022. "2026 is a strategic momentum for the transformation of Indonesian BUMN, along with the formation of Super Holding Danantara as the manager of state assets and strategic investments and the presence of the BUMN Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) under the President of the Republic of Indonesia as the regulator and supervisor of BUMN governance," said Silmy.

This award recognizes the success of the IPCC's business growth strategy and management leadership in driving expansion and improving operational performance sustainably. The BUMN Awards, now in its 15th year, serve as a platform for national appreciation for state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and subsidiaries of publicly listed and non-listed companies deemed to have demonstrated superior performance, organizational transformation, business innovation, and strong corporate governance. The 2026 BUMN Awards carries the theme "SOEs Towards a Golden Indonesia: Strong Governance, Sustainable Economic Value." This theme reflects the shift in the SOE paradigm from mere business entities and development agents to orchestrators of national economic value that are globally competitive, accountable, and make real contributions. This event is not merely a celebration and assessment of financial performance, but also recognizes regulatory compliance, institutional reform, and national strategic impact.

In a long judging and assessment process since the end of 2025, where the jury composition consists of experts, academics, and professional practitioners assessing various aspects, ranging from business strategy, digital transformation, innovation, to leadership that is able to drive change and the creation of sustainable economic value. Chairman of the 2026 BUMN Award Jury, Dr. Ir. Arief Yahya, M.Sc. said, The theme raised is relevant to the new phase of BUMN transformation that is currently underway. Strong governance is not only about compliance, but about system integrity, transparency of decision-making, adaptive risk management, and maintained public accountability. Meanwhile, sustainable economic values ​​require SOEs to not only generate profits, but also ensure sustainability, resiliency, and multiplier effects for the national economy. The award won by the IPCC reflects the Company's success in implementing a business strategy that focuses on strengthening the national vehicle logistics ecosystem through the Integrated Auto Solutions for Sustainable Growth approach, by continuously developing vehicle terminal operational capabilities, expanding the logistics service network, and strengthening collaboration with various automotive industry partners.

IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi stated that this award is the result of the collective work of all IPCC personnel in implementing transformation and sustainable growth strategies.
