Jakarta, February 8, 2025. On 5-7 February 2025, PT Indonesia KendaraanTerminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) held the 2025 National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS) in Kuningan, West Java. This occasion was the first time that RAKERNAS activities were carried out outside the Pelindo Group work area. In this activity, which was attended by the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, supporting organs of the Board of Commissioners, IPCC personnel and the Directors of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (SPMT) as the Multi Terminal Subholding, also enlivened this year's RAKERNAS. With the theme "Building Capacity & Facilities Toward Sustainable Growth" it is hoped that this year the Company will focus on increasing capacity and capability in order to meet the expectations of service users and win the competition with competitors.
This event was opened by the President Director of IPCC, Mr. Sugeng Mulyadi, who in his speech and presentation emphasized the importance of revitalizing the roles and functions of each employee to achieve the Company's vision and mission. Sugeng said "that as IPCC people we must together introspect and evaluate performance in 2024 so that IPCC can become a company that is sustainable in terms of growth and performance in the years to come".
SPMT President Director Ary Henryanto also expressed his highest appreciation for IPCC's performance in both operational and financial fields, where it has struggled and generated revenues and profits exceeding the targets given by us as shareholders, this is a very extraordinary achievement, of course also for investors. Strategy & Commercial Director of SPMT Rizki Kurniawan said "as much as possible we (IPCC and SPMT) can build an ecosystem that encourages the port industry to also progress, this is in line with Pelindo's vision, namely business expansion from the organic and inorganic side." Seeing this, the IPCC can take a role, namely to become the leader of the maritime automotive logistics ecosystem by prioritizing operational excellence and being oriented towards meeting the needs of service users. "Performance evaluation in 2024 is a mirror for us to continue to develop and learn, every challenge we face is an opportunity to progress further," said Rizki. As strategic matters improve in terms of operational performance, the IPCC will continue to improve and use all evaluations as a basis for strengthening commitment and performance, as well as preparing more brilliant strategic steps in 2025.
Not only holding work meetings, on this occasion CSR assistance was also distributed to communities in the Kuningan area with the IPCC Community Development program which focuses on empowering MSMEs, especially MSMEs in the food sector, providing assistance to increase MSME production in the form of equipment consisting of stoves, ovens, mixers, blenders, frying pans and packaging equipment. Then in the education sector, adding study tables and chairs and repairing the ceramic floors of study classes. Religious facilities are also not spared from the areas where assistance is provided in terms of building and painting supporting facilities for prayer rooms such as making ablution places and clean water facilities which also provide water for the daily needs of the community. CSR's next focus is on planting tree seeds of rare species that must be preserved and maintain the sustainability of the ecosystem as many trees as Kupa Tree Seedlings, Cereme Trees and Sandalwood Trees. This is an important point for the Company to prioritize ESG and sustainability principles in accordance with the theme of this RAKERNAS "Building Capacity & Facilities Toward Sustainable Growth", concluded Endah Dwi Liesly, Senior Manager Corporate Secretary of IPCC.
