IPCC HOLDS MANAGEMENT WALKTHROUGH, VISITS MAKASSAR VEHICLE TERMINAL TO REVIEW LOADING AND UNLOADING ACTIVITIES

Jakarta, September 29, 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC), as the operator of a vehicle terminal under the management of Sub Holding Multi Terminal (SPMT), held a Management Walkthrough at the Makassar Satellite Car Terminal to review the port's operations and infrastructure. Also present at the event were members of the Board of Commissioners, Herry Ardianto and Tri Hidayat, Independent Commissioners, along with their staff, accompanied by Wing Megantoro, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management at IPCC, and members of the Car Terminal's..

The group directly observed the operational performance at the Makassar Vehicle Terminal as a vehicle distribution hub to Eastern Indonesia. With a fairly dense YOR (yard occupancy ratio) above 60% in the last 2 (two) months, it shows that Makassar is a favorite in Eastern Indonesia and additional land is needed to support loading and unloading activities in Makassar. As a strategic step for the Company in service, the group visited areas that can be used as vehicle storage areas such as the Makassar Container Terminal (TPM) area to support productivity.

The Makassar Satellite Terminal recorded 50 ship calls and 50 year-on-year (YOY) visits in August 2025. The total number of visits through August 2025 was 365, representing a 1% year-on-year increase, compared to 361 visits in the same period in 2024. Consolidated vehicle cargo traffic through August 2025 reached 150,447 units, comprising 59,042 CBU units, 3,155 heavy equipment units, 17,679 buses/trucks, and 74,503 motorcycles.

"As one of the satellite terminals with the highest vehicle growth rate, IPCC strives to continuously improve its service excellence through strategic measures to increase storage space to meet market demand," said Herry.

As a strategic step for the Company in supporting the Government's program to distribute electric vehicles throughout Indonesia, the following day, the group visited the Makassar Container Terminal Pier, which is planned to be operated by IPCC. IPCC continues to focus on developing the Satellite Terminal to integrate Jakarta with other regions.

"IPCC plays a crucial role in the distribution of vehicles from Makassar to Eastern Indonesia, such as Maluku, Papua, and Sulawesi, particularly in the distribution of electric vehicles. IPCC will continue to strive to improve the quality of service at the Vehicle Terminal," Wing concluded.
