MONCER IPCC PERFORMANCE, SUPPORT GOVERNMENT TO BUILD A MINING HILLIRIZATION ECOSYSTEM

Jakarta, January 20 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), part of the Pelindo Group, recorded an increase in the number of cargo handled by up to 15% year on year, reaching 1,057,831 units during 2024. The number of ship visits served by IPCC also increased 42% compared to the previous year, reaching a total of 2,978 calls. This achievement is the sweet fruit of various transformations carried out by the Company both in terms of HR, Digitalization of Operating Systems and Integration of ERP-based financial services in 2024.

Specifically for handling truck/bus type cargo, IPCC succeeded in handling 174,609 units during 2024, growing 69.21% YoY. This growth also reflects the high need for a national scale mass transportation sector, as well as to support government programs in building a downstream mining ecosystem, one of which is importing trucks, both fossil fuel based and environmentally friendly electricity based.

Meanwhile, for CBU cargo, IPCC was also able to record positive performance amidst declining domestic car sales in 2024. Throughout 2024, IPCC succeeded in handling CBU cargo of 856,870 units or an increase of 7.49% YoY. Of this number, 22,000 units are CBU Electriv Vehicle (EV) with the 3 largest brands, namely BYD, VINFAST and AION.

"Transformation and standardization that have been well executed, such as improvements to business processes, use of technology, improvement of infrastructure and facilities, revitalization of superstructure and equipment, and supported by human resource management are the keys to improving company performance. "We give our highest appreciation to all parties, both internal and external, for the strategic collaboration," said Sugeng Mulyadi, President Director of the IPCC.

In an effort to improve the Company's performance in 2025, Management has determined the Company's work plan, especially an inorganic growth strategy, namely expanding business coverage other than core, collaborating with business players, and expanding the reach of service areas within the vehicle terminal ecosystem. Furthermore, organic growth strategies include upgrading the terminal's status to a dedicated car terminal and strengthening the level of service.

Endah Dwi, Senior Manager of IPCC Corporate Secretary added "This year management is focused on providing maximum service to service users with various development plans such as expanding land around the Company's area to increase stacking capacity and arranging storage."
