REVIEWING VEHICLE ENTRANCE TO THE IKN, NEW IPCC BOC VISITS BALIKPAPAN PORT

Jakarta, September 24, 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC), the vehicle terminal operator under the management of Sub Holding Multi Terminal (SPMT), held a Management Walkthrough at the Semayang Satellite Vehicle Terminal in Balikpapan to review the port's operations, infrastructure, and human resources. Also present at the event were members of the Board of Commissioners, M. Said Bakhri as President Commissioner, Herry Ardianto and Tri Hidayat as Independent Commissioners, and their staff, accompanied by Bagus Dwipoyono as IPCC's Director of Operations and Technical.

During this visit, the group conducted a direct field survey from Balikpapan to the IKN (National Capital City) to assess the growth in vehicle traffic and strengthen the IPCC's position as a hub for vehicle ports in Balikpapan. The IPCC, with its satellite terminal in Balikpapan, is poised to serve as a gateway for vehicles to and from the IKN (National Capital City). The travel time from Balikpapan to the IKN could be shortened once the toll road infrastructure is completed.

Visit ships at the Balikpapan Satellite Terminal in August 2025 was recorded at 94, an 18% year-on-year increase, or 80 visits, compared to the same period in 2024. The total number of ship visits through August 2025 was 564. The flow of vehicle cargo until August 2025 was recorded at 163,595 units, 35% higher than in 2024 at 120,935 units, with details of CBU at 52,885 units, Heavy Equipment at 4,536 units, Buses/Trucks at 59,218 units and General Cargo at 30,949 pkgs.

"IPCC has an important role in the distribution of vehicles from and to the IKN through Semayang Port, Balikpapan, especially the toll road that has been built to the IKN so that vehicle movement is easier and faster," said Said. Not only visiting the IKN, the group visited the Semayang Satellite Vehicle Terminal, Balikpapan to discuss with the team and see firsthand the loading and unloading process to evaluate operational performance, service quality and work safety aspects as basic principles in operational activities. There are several notes as improvement steps to achieve the Company's work plan until the end of 2025, including: increasing the capacity of the stacking yard to accommodate more vehicle flows entering and leaving Balikpapan, digitalizing infrastructure for operational convenience such as auto gates and adding toilets specifically for female workers.

"As the Satellite Terminal with the largest revenue contribution, IPCC strives to continuously improve its excellent service for the satisfaction of its users by providing reliable human resources to support operational activities that run smoothly and in accordance with the Company's targets, supported by operational transformation and digitalization," said Bagus.
