PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) together with PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) officially established a cooperation in implementing the PTOS-C system service in order to support the digitalization ecosystem of the Port, especially the operation of the Vehicle Terminal. The signing of this cooperation was carried out directly by the President Director of ILCS, Natal Iman Ginting and the President Director of IPCC Sugeng Mulyadi, in Jakarta.
PTOS-C is implemented in an integrated manner in all vehicle terminals managed by IPCC as a form of synergistic collaboration between the Pelindo Group. ILCS also provides full service support 24/7 to ensure the smooth operation of the terminal system.
ILCS as Pelindo Group's IT Solution Provider has developed PTOS-C which is designed to manage the end-to-end port terminal operational process, starting from vehicle loading and unloading planning, field unit tracking and real-time operational performance reporting. This system helps operators and users at the terminal in automating processes, data integration and more efficient and accurate service monitoring activities, thus, terminal operations can run more transparently and efficiently, and provide significant benefits for all stakeholders.
Being in the Multi Purpose business cluster under PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (SPMT) IPCC strives to always improve the Company's performance through various transformations and standardizations as well as digitalization which ultimately can provide added value and satisfaction for service users. In line with this, in order to support IPCC's vision of becoming a vehicle terminal that excels in connectivity, digitalization is the key to integrating all services and needs of service users whose implementation is in collaboration with ILCS. Seeing the trend and era of inevitable disruption where many companies are currently investing in digital systems not only to increase productivity, but also to strengthen long-term competitiveness and digital operational systems which have proven to be one of the main foundations in winning market competition.
ILCS President Director, Natal Iman Ginting, emphasized, "We are committed to presenting adaptive and integrated digital solutions. This synergy will accelerate digital transformation in the port logistics sector and strengthen national and global competitiveness."
This collaboration has an important meaning for both companies, especially in supporting IPCC's strategic plan to standardize and digitize all operational and business lines. In addition, this collaboration is also a significant step in strengthening business relations between PT ILCS and IPCC, as well as being an important footprint for ILCS as a provider of integrated port operational system services.
"With the implementation of PTOS-C in our largest working area, namely the Jakarta Branch (International - Domestic) and several satellite terminals, it is expected to be an advantage for IPCC in winning the competition with similar business actors and providing added value for service users with various features integrated with government stakeholders so that they can provide information accurately, quickly and in real time," said Sugeng Mulyadi in his speech.
PTOS-C as a digital operational system enables companies to improve work efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and minimize the risk of operational errors. Moreover, digitalization creates higher visibility of the entire business process chain, from supply chain management, production, to customer service. "In a fast-moving business world, speed, accuracy and system resilience are everything. Companies that are able to adapt and adopt digital technology in their operations will be better prepared to respond to market changes and consumer needs," concluded Sugeng.
