Jakarta, January 2 2025. Starting the 2025 stock exchange trading session, the IPCC Board of Directors purchased shares of around IDR 210 million or 306,800 shares today. SM Corporate Secretary, Roro Endah Dwi Liesly Puspita Sari said "The purpose of purchasing these shares is the Directors' personal investment as an illustration to provide confidence to the public that the issuer with the share code (IPCC) is worthy of ownership."
President Director of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) Sugeng Mulyadi purchased 137,200 shares of the Company's shares at an average purchase price of IDR 687 per share which cost around IDR 94 million. Previously, the Company's personal share ownership amounted to 354,000 shares or the equivalent of 0.02 percent. The purchase of shares in this period also increased Sugeng's portion of ownership in IPCC to 491,200 shares or the equivalent of 0.03 percent in the transaction period.
The Director of Operations and Technical, Bagus Dwipoyono, also did the same thing, who purchased 116,500 shares at an average purchase price of IDR 687 per share, which cost IDR 80 million. In last year's purchase, Bagus spent IDR 143 million and earned 200,000 shares. With this purchase, Bagus Dwipoyono's share ownership percentage increased to 316,500 shares or the equivalent of 0.02 percent.
Risko's Director of Finance, Human Resources and Management, Wing Megantoro also took this important moment as an important milestone in the capital markets industry. Wing made an initial purchase of 53,100 shares with an average purchase price of IDR 687 per share which cost IDR36 million. Wing Megantoro's share ownership is 53,100 shares or the equivalent of 0.003 percent.
With the addition of personal ownership of the Company's shares by the Directors, it confirms that Management continues to manage this matter well and reflects the prospects for the Company's future performance which will continue to grow positively which is also supported by governance and environmental sustainability around the Company. Based on the financial report up to the third quarter of this year, IPCC has recorded operating income of IDR 585.82 billion, which is an increase from the previous period of IDR548.16 in 2023 or 6.87% higher. Management again invites the public to look at the Company's shares which have a 2024 Interim Dividend with a Yield of 3.64 percent. This can contribute to the success of the government's program through the Indonesian Stock Exchange through the "I'm a Stock Investor" campaign, concluded Endah Dwi Liesly.
