Jakarta, October 30, 2025. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), an entity under the management of the Pelindo Multi Terminal Sub-Holding, which focuses on the core business of non-container/multipurpose cargo ports, successfully served a total consolidated cargo volume of 874,597 units by September 2025, consisting of CBUs, trucks/buses, and heavy equipment, a convincing 14.9% increase compared to the previous year. In a positive economic climate, particularly amidst dynamic international and domestic geopolitics, the Company demonstrates its commitment to shareholders, service users, and investors that IPCC continues to grow sustainably and continuously improve its performance. This is reflected in operational performance growth, particularly in truck/bus cargo traffic, which recorded the largest increase of 45.4% YoY, or an increase of 53,989 units.
IPCC's operational performance continues to show a positive trend, until the third quarter of 2025, IPCC recorded 2,575 ship visits at all managed ports, both international and domestic, an increase of 479 visits compared to the same period last year or a growth of 22.8% (YoY). This achievement marks the continued growth of IPCC as part of the vehicle logistics ecosystem within Pelindo, playing an important role in supporting the movement of the national automotive industry. This increase was driven by a surge in import and export activities of complete vehicles (CBU), especially of the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) types with a proportion of 284,492 exports greater than imports of 95,804. During January-September 2025, IPCC handled 57,035 units of electric-based vehicles, most of which came from automotive brands from Asia such as BYD, Vinfast, Geely, AION, and a number of other brands. Not only from the import side, the movement of vehicle exports also strengthened. Based on data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo), national car production in September 2025 reached 97,913 units, an increase of 550 units from the previous month. Cumulatively, total production reached 854,952 units by September 2025. This increase reflects the optimism of the automotive industry, which is in line with the growth of vehicle logistics activities at ports. The synergy between increasing national automotive production and reliable vehicle terminal services has enabled IPCC to continue strengthening its role as an Integrated Auto Solutions, ready to support the efficiency of the vehicle supply chain in Indonesia and provide added value to service users and the national economy.
Consolidated handling of truck/bus cargo until September 2025 amounted to 172,783 units, growing by 45.4% YoY or 53,989 units higher. Growth in truck/bus cargo types was dominated by trucks for mining and environmentally friendly electric buses in line with the Government's program to support environmental sustainability and achieve Net Zero Emission (NZE) through clean energy and in line with the IPCC Green Port program. The Company successfully recorded positive performance in handling CBU cargo until the third quarter of 2025 with a total of 677,596 units, an increase of 54,148 units or 8.69% YoY. This increase was dominated by exports of vehicles produced in the central vehicle manufacturing industry and imports of electric vehicles in line with the trend of using electric-based passenger vehicles and their supporting ecosystems. For Heavy Equipment cargo service performance, there was an increase of 29.75% YoY or 5,553 units more compared to last year where until September 2025 the IPCC managed to handle 24,218 units.
Entering the 4th year after the Pelindo merger, the performance of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) in 9M2025 showed solid growth, both operationally and commercially. This achievement is reflected in the expansion steps taken by IPCC in the last 4 years through the operation of 4 additional Satellite Terminals in a number of strategic areas, namely Belawan, Makassar, Balikpapan, and Banjarmasin where the consolidated operational achievements of satellite terminals, including in Pontianak, were able to serve the loading and unloading of 210,667 CBU units or grew 2.78% compared to last year. Then for trucks/buses, 149,351 units were recorded as having been handled, 64.5% higher YoY, for heavy equipment also recorded a solid achievement of 14,133 units, an increase of 46.7% and total ship traffic visits were recorded at 1,815 visits or an increase of 34.8%. The presence of these terminals provides a unique competitive advantage for IPCC in realizing more efficient vehicle logistics service connectivity while providing added value for customers. "The expansion undertaken by IPCC is part of an ongoing strategy to strengthen the logistics network between terminals throughout Indonesia," said Bagus Dwipoyono, IPCC's Director of Operations and Engineering. He added that by expanding its working area through the operation of satellite terminals, until the third quarter of 2025, IPCC is further demonstrating its resilience and commitment to continuously expanding its service reach, which is expected to strengthen connectivity between terminals. This step not only increases service capacity but also has a real impact on increasing the company's revenue (revenue enhancement). "IPCC has established synergies with various automotive manufacturers (carmakers) through the development of Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC) and Land Transportation services, so it feels right for us to embed a new tagline, namely "Integrated Auto Solutions," said Bagus. This business model innovation is part of the company's efforts to expand Cargo Distribution Management (CDM), while strengthening IPCC's position as a provider of integrated vehicle logistics services in various Pelindo working areas.
"After passing through the third quarter of 2025, we are optimistic that with collaboration, transformation, and the implementation of digital systems, IPCC's performance will achieve better results than last year, supported by various strategic initiatives across all lines to support the Company in contributing better to service users, stakeholders, investors, and shareholders," Bagus concluded.
