INLAND TRANSPORTATION INNOVATION DRIVES IPCC OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE TO SURGE 25.64% IN NOVEMBER

Jakarta, December 30, 2025. As a Pelindo group business entity under the management of Multi Terminal Sub Holding which focuses on the core business of Ports in the field of non-container/multi-purpose cargo, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) has successfully served a total consolidated cargo of 1,104,883 units until November 2025, consisting of CBU, trucks/buses, and heavy equipment which grew quite significantly compared to the previous year, namely 15.58% or an increase of 148,948 units. Amidst the uncertainty of economic conditions both internationally and domestically, the Company demonstrates its commitment to shareholders and service users that IPCC can grow sustainably and continuously improve its performance where the largest operational performance growth was recorded in the Truck/Bus cargo type of 44.42% YoY or an increase of 69,122 units while the performance of ship visits on a consolidated basis also recorded a proud performance by successfully serving 3,225 visits, an increase of 581 visits YoY.

Achievements from the operational side are better than last year's performance, where one of the factors is influenced by the increasing number of vehicle exports, especially in the CBU cargo type, which until the October 2025 period managed to handle 351,883 units, an increase of 29,234 units or a growth of 9% YoY. This shows that Indonesia as one of the automotive industry bases is able to produce vehicles desired by various export destination countries, where Vietnam is the country with the largest destination for automotive products sent from Indonesia, namely 72,776 units until November 2025. The trend of BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) based vehicles entering through the IPCC terminal, with a total of 83,720 units or 7.57% of the total CBU served, is evidence that domestic demand for EVs is still quite high. The brands that dominate CBU EVs come from brands from the Asian Continent (BYD, Vinfast, AION and various other brands).

The increase in operational traffic in the type of truck/bus cargo is dominated by domestic mining activities that are increasing along with the downstream program of the mineral resource industry so that it requires a large number of transportation equipment. This is reflected in the IPCC loading and unloading performance activities which successfully served cargo for truck/bus types up to 224,717 units, an increase of 44.42% YoY which is reflected in the wider IPCC work area by operating 5 satellite terminals. The Company successfully recorded positive performance in handling CBU cargo until November 2025 totaling 850,712 units, an increase of 74,332 units or 9.57% YoY. For the performance of Heavy Equipment cargo services, it has made a proud record number 2 (two) with an increase of 22.93% YoY or 5,494 units more compared to last year where until November 2025 IPCC managed to handle 29,454 units.

"Towards the close of the fourth quarter of 2025, management is optimistic that with the successful implementation of the digital system (PTOS-C), business innovation (inland transportation for BYD cargo), superior collaboration and transformation of operating patterns across all terminals managed by the Company, it is expected to provide maximum results and IPCC's financial performance will record better achievements than last year with growth above 10% supported by various strategic initiatives and business innovations to support the Company in contributing better and providing added value for service users, stakeholders, investors and shareholders," concluded Endah Dwi Liesly, Corporate Secretary of IPCC.
