Jakarta, July 2, 2026. To comprehensively evaluate operational and financial performance, the management of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) conducted a working visit to the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal. Through this visit, management gained firsthand insight into the challenges and obstacles faced in the field, enabling them to formulate solutions and development strategies as concrete steps toward enhancing the company's future performance. Attendees included members of the Board of Commissioners—President Commissioner M. Said Bakhri, Independent Commissioners Tri Hidayat and Herry Ardianto, and Director of Operations and Engineering (concurrently Acting President Director) Bagus Dwipoyono—alongside the IPCC management team.
M. Said Bakhri, President Commissioner of IPCC, emphasized the importance of active oversight by the Board of Commissioners regarding the company's performance, particularly concerning the Satellite Terminal in Banjarmasin. "This visit serves as an opportunity for us to conduct a direct evaluation—looking beyond mere reports to assess actual conditions on the ground. We urge management to continue strengthening synergy across work units, accelerating the resolution of operational obstacles, and formulating measurable strategic steps so that the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal can achieve better growth and make an optimal contribution to the company," said Said Bakhri.
Demonstrating its commitment to service users and upholding the *Danantara* value of wholehearted service, IPCC continuously strives to enhance human resource quality through sharing sessions and workshops. These initiatives aim to foster a culture of service excellence, complemented by improvements in facilities and operational productivity. To supplement data-driven operational and financial performance evaluations, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and IPCC management conducted site visits to carry out a comprehensive assessment. As of May 2026, the Banjarmasin Satellite facility had successfully handled cargo loading and unloading operations, comprising 28,436 Completely Built-Up (CBU) cars, 34,760 trucks/buses, 2,663 units of heavy equipment, and 349 vessel calls.
During this management walkthrough, Bagus Dwipoyono—serving as Director of Operations and Engineering and concurrently as Acting President Director of IPCC—stated that the visit was part of a comprehensive evaluation of the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal's operational and financial performance. "We want to ensure that every cargo loading and unloading process for our service users runs optimally and delivers added value to all parties. Through this visit, we can observe conditions firsthand, identify the challenges faced by the operations team, and formulate improvement measures to better achieve future performance targets," said Bagus.
