WELCOMING THE END OF A HAPPY YEAR, IPCC DISTRIBUTES INTERIM DIVIDEN

Jakarta, 14th December 2023. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk with IPCC stock code which is part of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) (Pelindo Group) provides good news towards the end of 2023 with a plan to distribute interim dividends to shareholders.

 IPCC will distribute interim dividends from net profit for the January to June 2023 period of IDR 39.46 billion, of which the dividend payout ratio is equivalent to 50% or equivalent to dividends per share of IDR 21.70.
With the amount of dividend per share and the assumption of the average price of IPCC shares in recent times at the level of Rp710, the yield is 3.06%. Of course, Management hopes that this can provide added value for IPCC shareholders.

The following is the IPCC interim dividend payment schedule:
- Dividend Regular market and negotiation market: December 22, 2023
- Ex Regular market and negotiation market dividend: December 27, 2023
- Recording Date: December 28, 2023
- Cash market dividend: December 28, 2023
- Ex Cash market dividend: December 29, 2023
- Dividend Payment: January 12, 2024
